Making A Purchase Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling The Products will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order however we reserve the Right not to make deliveries outside the United Kingdom.

Orders accepted by us before 12.00pm on a working day will normally be processed that day and we will use reasonable endeavours to meet the requested delivery option on the Website provided no additional security checks are required and all Product is available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays).

Risk in the Products passes to you when the Products are signed for at the delivery address stipulated in your order.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

We will inform you as soon as possible after acceptance if we are unable to deliver the Products to you on the date specified by you and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable to you for any losses you may have for any delay in delivery and time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract.

If you fail to take delivery of the Products and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to us, we may:
1. Simply restock the item and charge you for all shipping related costs (this may include shipping back to us).
2. Store the Products until actual delivery and charge you the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage.
3. Sell the Products at the best readily obtainable price and either:-
a. where you have not already paid for the Products, account to you (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the Products or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the Products; or
b. where you have already paid for the Products, account to you (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) for any proceeds received.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 1 business day .
UK orders generally arrive the next working day (not Scottish Islands).
Typical international delivery times for the Express service (subject to the customs authorities):
West Europe: 1-2 Days
East Europe: 2-4 Days
USA, Canada, Brazil, Japan, South Africa, UAE: 2-3 Days
Otherwise (with a few exceptions): 4-5 Days
For the Economy Express service add 2-3 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added.
Orders from the rest of the EU are charged VAT unless they can provide a valid VAT number.
All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We want satisfied customers. We will accept undamaged goods returned to us within 14 days in exchange for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Remittance Terms The prices for the Products and delivery are as set out on the Website at the time of purchase. In addition to the price you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the Products details of which are displayed on our Website.

You may apply to us in writing to set up a trade account which we may grant or refuse in our absolute discretion ("Trade Account"). If we agree to allow you such an account you must pay for any Products ordered by you within 30 days of date of our invoice. Time for payment is of the essence. If you do not pay on time we may (without prejudice to our other rights and remedies) suspend your account and/or withdraw the Trade Account in our absolute discretion at any time by notifying you in email.

If you fail to pay us any sum due pursuant to the contract, you shall be liable to pay interest to us on such sum from the due date for payment interest at the rate set out under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Payments may also be made by credit or debit card, by BACS transfer or by cheque and we may not despatch any Products until we receive cleared funds.
