	Essential guidelines for the return of Monitors to Littlemore Scientific Engineering: a) You will minimise carriage costs if you keep the plastic carry case. b) Wrap the monitor in bubble packaging, or similar and send by courier or mail to the address at the top of this price list. We would appreciate an email to say that you have sent it. c) Clearly show on the customs form, or commercial invoice, that the unit is being returned for repair in the UK and will be returned to you. d) Do not put a high value on the customs forms. e) If you ship via Fedex we may have to add GBP 12 to our invoice to cover their import charges.
